HISTORY

The Metrosol idea evolved from the professional experiences of the founders in the area of semiconductor measurement technology. It became clear that a gap existed in the market for the type of measurement equipment needed to address profound technology shifts. The founders set out to develop a new optical technology to address this urgent market need.

Metrosol was incorporated in July 2002. The company has established relationships with several top-tier semiconductor device and equipment manufacturers.
