MANAGEMENT
The management team consists of a founder and key executives with years of focused experience in the semiconductor equipment industry.
SEAN JAMESON , CEO
Mr. Jameson has more than 18 years of world-class business development expertise in the semiconductor manufacturing equipment market, primarily in metrology and yield management solutions. Prior to joining Metrosol, Jameson was VP of Sales and Marketing at Jordan Valley Semiconductor. He has held strategic positions within KLA-Tencor, Tencor Instruments and Prometrix Corp. He began his semiconductor career as a metrology and photolithography engineer at SEMATECH.
Dr. Harrison has over 17 years experience in the semiconductor measurement industry and research experience in semiconductor physics. He holds over 20 patents and has been published in several technical publications. Dr. Harrison has held technical management positions at n&k Technology and Philips Analytical. He has worked directly with leading semiconductor customers in developing advanced measurement systems. Dr. Harrison holds a Ph.D. in physics from Simon Fraser University and Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in physics from Lakehead University.
SCOTT GARDNER , CFO
Mr. Gardner has over 18 years experience in financial management positions with high-technology companies. He was previously Treasurer and Controller for Active Power, Inc., an Austin startup which went public in August 2000. Prior to Active Power, Mr. Gardner held various financial management positions with Olivetti Personal Computers, Crystal Semiconductors and Texas Instruments. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA in finance from the University of Texas in Dallas.
DEAN TURNBAUGH , Director Strategic Accounts
Mr. Turnbaugh has 30 years Global Account Management and Support with Lam Research, KLA-Tencor and Tektronix. Most recently, Mr. Turnbaugh was responsible for international coordination of strategy and execution for several of Lam’s key accounts, including IBM and AMD/Spansion. Prior to Lam Research, Mr. Turnbaugh managed sales and support for stratigic accounts within KLA-Tencor.
STEVE DODSON , VP Engineering
Mr. Dodson is responsible for the design, development, and manufacture of Metrosol’s advanced measurement systems. Previously, he co-founded and was Vice President and COO of Premier Automation, a provider of automation software and hardware solutions for multiple industries. Prior to Premier Automation, Mr. Dodson was principal engineer and project manager for more than 10 years with Varco International.
